Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Aaron’s journey was marked by excellence and service. He was a proud graduate of Washington State University, where he earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science (Pre-Law) and Criminal Justice and Criminology, maintaining an impressive academic record. During his time at WSU, he showed exceptional leadership as President of the Interfraternity Council, where he fostered community, integrity, and inclusion among students.
Before joining Federated Insurance, Aaron gained valuable experience as a Sales Consultant at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits and served in several roles that demonstrated his reliability and work ethic — from managing university facilities to providing customer service at Dunn Lumber.
At Federated Insurance, Aaron quickly rose through the ranks, starting as a Marketing Development Trainee in Minnesota before moving to Kirkland as a Marketing Representative. His clients and colleagues admired his insight, honesty, and dedication. He often shared his personal philosophy:
